Thomas Loesevitz
Title: A Painted House
Student: Thomas Loesevitz
Why this book? When I started reading this book my father-in-law mentioned that the book gave a good account of what life was like for him growing up in rural Arkansas, picking cotton in the late 40s/early 50s. We are good friends and I wanted to learn more about him and his life as we both came from very different backgrounds. This book is great. I couldn’t put it down until I finished reading it.
