Why this book? This book is the perfect book for anyone who has loved a book until it has fallen apart. The story especially reminds me of all of those childhood books that I adored and that still have a treasured spot on my bookshelf as an adult. The Lonely Book is also a book I enjoy reading to my young nephew, who I hope one day has a fallen apart book he treasures as well.
