Title: Le Fabuleux Destin D’Amelie Poulain from Montmarte (also known as Amelie)
Screenplay Writers: Guillaume Laurant & Jean-Pierre Jeunet
Student: Ranym Nenneh
Why this film? Amelie is the best French film I’ve seen so far. I like the way the character of Amelie is portrayed. She decides to change the lives of those around her for the better, while struggling with her own isolation. The character experiences raw emotions throughout the film. The soundtrack of the film is simply captivating, and so is Audrey Tautou’s acting. Also, I am half-French and this is a French film!
