Title: The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences Have Extraordinary Impact
Author: Chip and Dan Heath
Student: Alyssa Coon
Why this book? I read this book in my last semester in graduate school. I wish I would have read this book at the beginning of my college career. There is nothing more important than crafting a wonderful lift for yourself; it does not happen without some intentionality. What you learn in this book is applicable to work, school, and your personal life. This book-in a way-validated everything I had put and pushed myself through to make it to graduation day and gave me a formula to create “perfect moments” every day afterwar. With great pride and appreciation, enjoy.
