Why this Book? This book was the first of many books I have read in the past year on the subject of spirituality and worldview. Tolle’s ability to neutralize his vocabulary and produce an unbiased point of view that melds all the religions of today had me captivated within only a few pages. To read this book forces one to ponder the question, why exactly am I suffering? The answer is not immediate; on the contrary, it can take one many years before a realization may occur, or perhaps the answer will never be reached. Whether one plans on seeing heaven someday, seeking enlightenment, or even if there is no spiritual plan being followed, anyone can benefit from the wisdom captured in the pages of A New Earth.
