Why this book? I loved The Chronicles of Narnia: The Horse and His Boy as a kid; my mom read it to me when I was sick with the flu. I got swept away with the story of a boy escaping with a magical talking horse and going off on adventures. It is a good book for any child to read and I myself still enjoy the story and hope to share it with future generations.
